Ceviche, Peru’s Signature Dish

July 23rd, 2010 by admin

There are several dishes to try in Fiesta Limena. This authentic Peruvian restaurant located in Norwalk, Connecticut is serving a load of appetizing meals that would make you experience Peru’s gastronomic extravagance. Considered to be its national dish, Ceviche is just one of the reasons why this restaurant has made a number of regulars aside from the reasonably prized food, cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. Ceviche is marinated fish in lime, seasoned well and spiced accordingly. This can either be an appetizer or a main dish depending on what you’re serving it with. A light and refreshing dish like this is ideal to be eaten in summer but I can have it in brunch, lunch or dinner.Let’s just say I can have it any time of the day. Cooked in an old tradition but becoming more popular and pleasing in the new generation.
