Why Do I Keep Having All These XP Problems?

John has had this computer for about seven months. Lately whenever John starts the computer and opens a software program, xp freezes. John does not know what to do about it and he is getting very frustrated. John called his computer friend, Brett. Brett told John that he would come over and look at his computer on Saturday. When Brett came over he discovered that John was not running any registry cleaner software. Brett told John that there are some good software programs that will keep his windows cleaned. Brett gave John a couple of websites to go to and read about the programs that are offered.
