MMA Core Strength Improvement

My entire body has benefited and seen improvement since I started my new workout plan. I have better balance and agility than I previously had and the positions are easier to hold for longer periods of time. I owe it all to mma core strength training. I have experienced the biggest improvement with my kicks turns. I believe that’s attributed to my improved balance. My speed has also improved because I don’t have to stabilize myself as much now that I have more strength in my core. I firmly believe that further strength training will continue to make a difference and I will see further improvement.
