Team Evaluation

January 11th, 2010 by admin

Group work can be so difficult and tiresome, yet I find that I learn the most when I work in teams.  It’s always fun to see everyone’s strengths and weaknesses.  The middle of a projectscan usually peak everyone’s frustration, but somehow things slowly start to come together in the end.

One of the things that always helps me when working in a group are team evaluations.  Providing fellow group members with a team evaluation gives everyone an opportunity to provide constructive feedback and allows group members to openly communicate.  One of the benefits is to learn how each person can improve on future projects.
