When your dog has a dog ear yeast infection, they have a yeast infection in their ears and they typically itch and need to scratch. You might also see a discharge or smell something terrible in their ears. In essence, they just seem miserable. Your best bet is to take them to the vet so that they can be treated for this condition and stop that yeast in its tracks.
