What are the Best Shoes for Spring and Summer?

In my opinion, the best shoes for spring and summer are ones that let your feet breathe.  Hard as it is to imagine warm weather in the UK – especially after the last 3 miserable summers, but warm weather really takes it out on your feet.  And if your feet are hot, so is the rest of your body.

I’d recommend something like gladiator sandals for a woman, or just plain old sandals for both men and women.  We often get into the old habit of socks and trainers / shoes because of cold autumns and winters – but spring and summer are a time to let your feet breathe.
