I Need Money, I Will Try Commercial Foreclosure Gold Rush

I have been trying for years to make a little extra money. I have tried everything in the book, and I am still not a wealthy person. But I am now thinking of trying the things you learn about commercial foreclosure gold rush. This is the concept of buying a property, usually commercial, when it has been foreclosed. Then you either try and get it rented, or you can sell it for more than you paid for the property in the first place. It is a great idea, and I hope that it works out for me, I deserve a break!
