How Platinum Mining Is Useful For Industry

Throughout the world many applications use platinum.  Whether it is solar panels, transportation, computers, electronics, lasers or a multitude of many other important activities the use of the noble white metal, platinum, is indispensable.  Therefore, miners must be mining platinum on a daily basis in order to satiate the worldwide demand for platinum.  After millions of calories are expended with large dump-trucks, drills, human effort and other methods with refining the ore a single ounce of platinum may be produced.  Then this ounce of platinum is delivered to market where industry can purchase it and use it for one of the many applications.
