Living with a Teenage Daughter

February 18th, 2010 by admin

She’s a lovely girl and always has been, and always sweet to her father and to me. It seems so strange to stop and think and realise she is now, the day after her thirteenth birthday, almost mature. It shows in all sorts of ways. Earlier she was asking if we could get a chrome shower caddy for the guest bathroom, which she uses most of the time. It seems such a short time ago it was toys, Winnie the Pooh and story books. Apparently she had her eyes on a new range of natural soaps and shampoos, and wondered where she was going to keep them handy.
