Baked Salmon – So Delicious!

One of the healthiest foods in the world is salmon. And the healthiest way to prepare this wonderful fish is by baking it. There are hundreds of recipes available, and all of them are delicious. Perhaps the simplest and healthiest recipe is one that you can prepare tonight with ingredients already in your kitchen. A little bit of salt and pepper, then add some fresh lemon, making sure to squeeze some juice over the fish, and then wrap it up in foil. Alternatively you can try baking the salmon in olive oil with garlic and parsley. Truly a delightful meal!
