Pole Dancing Keeps Me Fit

I’m a college junior trying to shed off the notorious Freshman Fifteen. I didn’t even notice that I’d gained all that weight; I woke up one day to find that almost none of my clothes fit anymore! To make matters worse, I recently met up with an old high school friend, and discovered that her body hasn’t changed at all. She told me her secret: Pole Dancing. She suggested that I come along to her class next week, to learn some of the techniques and moves. She said that a weekly 3-hour class is enough to get rid of the Freshman Fifteen. Now I’m excited to go to dance class with her!
