How much you weigh on the bathroom scale is not always the best indicator of the general state of your health. Two alternate ways to gauge your health are for you to meausure BMI (body mass index), which is the percentage of your body mass that is comprised of fat, and the other way is to measure your waste-to-hip circumference ratio, which should generally not exceed 0.9 for men and which should not exceed 0.8 for women. Higher ratios are an indication that you are at a very high risk for developing a stroke, diabetes, or a heart attack, among various other diseases.  Go to Flex Belt Scam for more info and details.
