Goal setting for weight loss

Without goals, where would you be? Dead in the ground, that is where. You have a goal every day to breathe, eat, drink, the basics, simple right. It becomes monotonous after awhile what we actually are doing with our days. If you have become complacent with yourself and your diet, then it is time to spring into action with fitness goal setting for weight loss. Your number 1 goal would be to focus on real foods like vegetables and fruit, raw especially. This way, if you can find these fresh picked and local or frozen and organic, you can eat as much as you want without the weight gain.
